Poor programming again. Sunday game when the club plays on Thursday. The VFL interface is a complete farce. They are nit seperate competitions. Anyone players being considered off a four day backup surely play very limited minutes.

Round 24 is a floating schedule that was only confirmed recently, and the Bombers and Gold Coast are playing 2 games in the round due to the round 0 abandoned fixture.

Not a VFL issue really, and regardless our club have been clowns with squad rotation for blocks of games like this for years now.

For those playing along at home, the blues can still make finals.

It would take a win in the realm of 200 points over Footscray (who are playing for top spot) and a Williamstown loss to Richmond.

In all seriousness it’s a good final hit out against a premier team at this level and potentially the last hurrah in navy blue for some of our boys so hopefully they put on a show and give it a good run
