what gives caroline wilson the right to not make lou richards a legend and not to let wayne carey straight into the hall of fame?

she's a disgrace - they both should be legends straight away

Not for one moment am I saying I like Caroline Wilson, but I believe, after hearing all that has gone on surrounding the Lou Richards legend saga, that she actually hasnt done a lot wrong in this case.

She is 1 of 12 that made the decision based on the rules, something that the HOF committee had no chance of changing.

She rightly states that to place Lour Richards as a Legend, 2 rules/parameters had to be changed by the AFL. The first one being that a legend is only inducted every 5 years I think (this is the 4th I believe), and secondly that at the moment only on field achievements can lead to a "legend" upgrade in regards to the HOF.

Caroline Wilson and the other 11 arent at fault here, the AFL are. They should have changed both the selection criteria and the year restrictions to allow Lou to be upgraded to legend status.

Demitrou is on that board of 12, and thus wouldve been privy to all conversations, and at any stage couldve called an AFL rules committee meeting to change both the above forementioned criteria.

The AFL is at fault here, more then the 12 on the board of the HOF selection committee.
