Anybody out there have particular thoughts on this take-over? Will it be good for the company, etc, is it worth holding on to or selling the shares?

OK well Im basically asking do you think its wiser to sell or keep, theyre offering a fair deal but how will this stock will go in Mexican hands.

Sell like i did. $19.50 is a fair enough offer and they'll pay the next lot of dividends. As for the company who cares, i'm no longer a shareholder.
