NBA - Sacramento... NJ Nets runners-up.

NBL - 36ers... daylight... then I'm going to stick my neck out and say, the Melbourne Tigers. Whether Drewy is fit or not, they have Lanard.

In the NBA New Jersey will play the role of bitchslapped nobody to either Sacramento or the Lakers...

NBL....no idea...36ers on paper but i have to see them all play.

Agree that it appears another dogfight between LA and Sacramento. Sacramento still has to get over the hill. Will Bibby's contract be a factor? Don't know how big their egos are. LA has the edge providing the big two stay healthy.

Like New Jersey in the East, but they will have to bend over to the West come (sorry!) finals time.

Have lost track of the NBL recently. Used to watch the Giants play when I was in Melbourne at the Glasshouse.....but alas no more.

Agreed. Lakers or Kings will most likely come out as champs over the Nets.
Outsiders could be the Mavs (don't we always say that though?), Detroit or the Spurs, but unfortunatly, I can't see it happening......this year.
