players are not selected based on form.
no offence to will thurstfield, but he has not shown good form yet in coburb or the coburg ressies
on form jack should have been selected 3-4 weeks ago

Probably better to say - Players unselected based on form. (or dropped and we'll see what player x has can do)
Really, you have to spell it out nice and slow to some people.

I quite like the approach we are taking with the kids.

Learn some lessons in the AFL, implement them in the VFL, learn some more lessons in the AFL - repeat.
