Very happy with the changes. Don't think we need another tall up forward this week. Grundy rests forward and Cox gives him a chop out in the ruck. Still good targets up forward in DeGoey, WHE & Fasolo.

How I hope we line up:

C - WHE Pendlebury Sidebottom
HF - Wells DeGoey Varcoe
F - Fasolo Cox Stephenson

Probably would have liked McLarty in but can't complain too much. That looks a decently strong side, apart from one tall short. Midfield is about as close to full strength as we are going to ever get. Need to massacre them in the middle and work had both ways.

We are down yet another tall with Reid and now Moore missing from our best 22. Will be very interesting to see how the side lines up. Not concerned about defence because Langdon Howe and Shaz can all play tall but up front we only have WHE to assist Cox.

Good changes but I would have gone for one more with McLarty in. Given they havent dropped Appleby maybe the plan is to play Scharenberg or Howe forward?

You would think that Fas would provide some assistance up forward, and De Goey would play down there a bit more with the skipper back.

The modern game only requires two tall forwards at a maximum.

I like the fact we're setting up a small forward line that has pace to worry defenders.

Of course but they arent exactly tall. Maybe I'm worried about nothing but a bad day from Cox and theres no plan B in the talls department.

Only Mayne and Appleby are certain outs from our current 22, IMO. Lots of spots still up in the air if we ever have a full list to pick from. I don't think we'll ever be put in that situation though.
