Just watch him. What is he doing as the guy not playing on anyone? Trailing behind whoever he has to pick up, halfway between two loose forwards scratching his head, watching players sprint past him from our forward line to lay a tackle next to him. Then when he is on Sam Darcy at times last week the lanky 80kg kid is grabbing everything whenever he was on him as well.

He was very good once he went back in Buckley's years, great in CM's first year and 3 quarters but the last 6 or so home and away rounds of that premiership year he started fresh-airing handballs, shanking 15 meter kicks under no pressure or taking kick outs and hitting their forwards on the tit and a liability at times even in space with time.

Murphy was a shithouse loss to our backline and oddly ebough it's Moore that plays like he has had 47 concussions. Tonight he put a half body/fist spoil on someone and knocked the ball forward 7 meters to a Collingwood player but apart from that he's in no man's land, ball watching, telling Carlton players they have cooties in the scuffle and jogging like it's 5 mins to go in the last with nothing in the tank.

I do love the guy but man, I've never seen a player so obviously in the side purely on one huge upside to his game that doesnt involve having the ball in his possession. He is a beast of a tackler, doesn't miss many

McReery is the perfect player to be a sub, manic pressure for a qtr. he is slowly but surely playing his way out of the side in my opinion. Cant have a guy on the ground for a full game who has 10 minutes of good football
