Keays did some nice things, but some god awful things too

Changes look fine to me but you missed Seedsman
 
I think it's possible guys like Laird, Matt Crouch and Smith could work their way back into the side with an attitude change and a lot of hard work. Probably should still trade a few of them.

Walker and Lynch are cooked. No amount of time in the twos is bringing them back to standard.

Atkins, apart from being injured, isn't good enough. Same with Murphy and Keays (and a few others to be dropped over the year)

That won't happen, let's be realistic.

In - Sholl, McAdam, Gooch, Schoenberg.
Out - any 4 from your list less Keays who gets another week or 2. When he's out, it's out of the club, so 2 more weeks won't hurt.

Week after, Butts for Tex with Fish going forward. Plus whoever is left over and stank it up again.

My realistic changes are

Out: Walker, Smith, B. Crouch, Atkins
In: Frampton, Schoenberg, McAdam, Gallucci

I'd also take Butts in with McAsey forward as a possibility
 
McAdam, Sholl, Butts and Poholke deserve to be in the side

Or at least a crack next week.

It's clear this year now has to be about getting games into kids.

I thought Hamill was good for a first gamer, let's get than type of energy into the side. The will and want to attack and run.

I would keep Lynch and Keays, they both gave effort today. Agree with the rest.

Rather than a massive purge, which I don’t think would work anyway, take the chance to be creative and change the look.
As an example, drop Tex who is a hollow shell of his former self, move McAssey forward for a few weeks and see if his marking or ability to read the game can give us something. Replace Tex with a defender - maybe even Hartigan who would not have done worse in defence today, or give Butts a try.

Yeah, look, time to change it up. It'll be raw as ****, but we need hunger in the side.

Go for a lineup of:

Kelly (he can replace Brown) - Talia - Doedee
Sholl - McAsey - Hamill
Jones - Sloane - Keays
Gallucci - Himmelberg/Frampton - Lynch
Crocker - Fogarty - McAdam
ROB - Jones - Ned
INT: Seedsman, Poholke, O'Connor, Schoenburg.

I'd prefer McAsey gets experience as a defender but a run up forward won't hurt.

I disagree. It needs a purge.

Too many players have been damaged from the past few years. Too many players are too far gone.
