Butters and Teakle are definite outs with injury. Frederick has to go as well - just a poor footballer who hasn't shown anything this season to warrant giving a spot in the senior side to. Lachie Jones is not a small forward's backside either, and if it was up to me I would be moving him into Frederick's spot, and dropping Frederick. Duursma has to come in as well (rather than being sub). He offered a ton as a winger today - it's his natural position. No point in trying to make him an inside midfielder when he's got elite potential as an outside mid. I would assume that Boak will come straight back into the AFL side next week. Not so sure about Robbie Gray

I'm not convinced Hayes is a lock to come in - or any tall ruck/forward for that matter. Finlayson as the primary ruck in conjunction with Dixon, Georgiades, Marshall and Dixon is a solid group. I can understand bringing in Hayes though. In that scenario, Hayes comes in as the primary ruck, Finlayson is the backup ruck and they play 4 balls in the forward line. Given Port's lack of small forward talent, I don't think it is a bad idea. It also may help get Georgiades deeper in the forward line as opposed to playing higher up as a link up man.

I think you're right, we've never played well with either of them in the team.
