Are there any changes we need to make this week in facing Essendon?

The only possibilities are if Chaffey and Kellaway are fit enough to bring back in - Duncan may be needed to babysit Hird.

Aside from that, I think it may be a bit hard to actually drop anyone - nobody deserves it!

Unless Chaffey or Duncan are fit or both I don't really see any need to make any changes either.

If they to come back in whoever gets omitted we'll be very unlucky.

I doubt that there will be any changes, I think Dunc is still about 2 weeks away and chaffey will probably be given an extra week, simply because we can afford to do it, there is no glaring out points.

No way ! Chaff and Dunc were injured and so weren't selected. Therefore they have to do their time and play well, elsewhere.

I think both Alession and Salmon are doubtful - certainly Fish was flagged as at least a 2 week wait.

Don't know about Rioli. He apparently has personal issues which may take time to sort out.

Doesn't matter - I wouldn't be too worried about those three anyway.

I'd try to find a spot for Poyas. He had a sensational year in the two's last year and deserves a proper go. Maybe swapped in for Sziller.

Still felt that in the second half of the first game we were murdered out of the centre.

Thursday nights team is the Dream Team.

Overall I think the development of these 7 players: Fiora, Zantuck, Poyas, Pettifer, Coughlan, Krakoeur, Rodan will set up success for the next 10 years at Tigerland. A real dynasty. Homewood is also critical to the future ... at seasons end we NEED to get another young tall to join him.

I'd love to see a centre square set up with Stafford, Poyas, Rodan and Coughlan in the middle...maybe if were 10 minutes into the last quarter with a 10 goal buffer.

We rarely get the clean centre bonce tapout to a running player that hits Richo 20 meters out in front. Brisbane can, Port do and Essendon are awesome. We have to learn to do this. Nothing breaks the opposition teams spirit faster than this play.

Why not give Fiora a crack at Hird? Sure would match him for pace and marking strength. Long shot but if you think about it, it's not that bad an idea. He took care of Cornes easily and i know it's a big step up in class but why not?

Surely the club will come to their senses and hire a MG, so that DK can do a lap of honour before the next blockbuster. His skills are abbysml, we dont need his type anymore.

Yeah I think Voss exposed him at the Gabba in the prelim. Prepared to give him another chance though. But a place has to become available first.
