Hell no it's a war cry not a victory dance.

Former players have even said it gives them goosebumps.

We've barely had any footy at our home ground for ages and hearing that chant reminds me of the good ol Subi days when fans packed the stadium regardless of our form or what the weather was producing.

Hearing that chant at any stage gives me hope that our fanbase aren't slowly transforming into a bitter, wintery corpse inside the icy cavernous depths of Perth stadium...

Exactly the opposite, should be used in the clinches when the game is tight to will the boys over the line.

Using it when the game is iced just feels gratuitous

Myself & other Freo mates have observed the chant over many years & virtually, without fail, it begins & the opposition kick a goal.
Don’t believe me? Watch the last 5 minutes.

I will encourage my scaly mates to join BF just to vote against the chant.

Chant is used kind of in between the two. It’s used when it’s a good game and the guys are on a run as a booster to keep it up. It is not used when the game is iced, we’re better supporters than that
