Didn’t want to title this one to my specific location as others may want a recommendation for a different place later. Can anyone recommend a charter in Bermagui?

Preferably a ‘per head’ one but open to a private boat.

Not Bermi but at Narooma there’s a few that target Kingies at Montague Island.

Not Bermagui but these guys are Melbourne based and I can recommend them - they do different charters depending on the time of the year - bluefin tuna @ Portland, snapper and whiting in both Westernport and Port Phillip Bays and kingfish in the Rip. https://sharkmen.com.au/

I did Narooma Charters in May for this reason, hooked my first couple of Kingy’s there and plenty of flathead and snapper too. Was a great day.

If anyone local to Melbourne wants a good charter for kids try Tidemasters working out of Tooradin.
They target snapper, whiting, squid and gummies depending on the time of year and it’s a converted house boat/barge so very stable and Fully covered from conditions so the kids can feel very comfortable.

2 more fisherman dead in Frankston yesterday.
After 24 hours of severe wind warnings and severe wind and ocean conditions, these blokes STILL launched and are now dead.


Don't get in boats with idiots or friends of friends who says "yep I do this all the time and I'm safe".

Yeah i wouldn't be near the pier in that weather...unless I had a life jacket on
