Yes Jod, but not many at that time in the morning except the yank school kids & the occasional imsomniac like me.
Try between 6pm & 9pm perth time.

Have you tried using it between say 9pm and 12 midnight (Melbourne time) on any given night?

Usually at least 10 people in there during these times.
