The theme is "B", ie. you have to dress up as something starting with the letter 'B".

I've come up with:
- Bellydancer and
- a Blues Brother

(I've always wanted to dress up as a Blues Brother... o).. I love that movie)

Any other ideas?

I'm leaning towards Blues Brother.. but like a kinda "feminine" BB, if theres such a thing, lol. Plus I wont have to go hire a costume for that either.
