Choco Williams

Choco is apparently keen on remaining involved as an assistant coach, and rumour has it he's keen to come back to Melbourne.

Would he be of interest to the MFC? Dean Bailey would obviously have a link with Choco through his Port days..... the question is, would he be a good fit and have anything to offer us??

I like him, but there's no way Bailey is going to bring in an obvious successor going into a make or break last year of his contract.

would be smart of the board to do it, if bailey wasnt scared for his job, he would be with williams as asst coach

I think it would a strange set up to bring in Choco as an assistant, when he has been an head coach of Bailey. And I don't think it would be ideal. I've read suggestions on BF that he may go to Essendon or GWS where Sheedy is, whether it eventuates..I think GWS would be a great place for him unless he still wants to be a head coach.
