Toast Chris Dawes

I think after his recent performances Chris Dawes really stepped back up Saturday night. Even though statistically it wasnt an amazing game, i really felt he went hard at the contest, battled in the ruck and put his body on the line in a fair few contests....

While he wasnt the best player on ground i thought it would be only fair to give him cudos after being under a fair bit of pressure.

Hopefully his knee is ok and he can find more form against the swans.

I'm really hoping that he comes up for this week. He's done well the last couple of games and it's easy to tell he really wants to help the team out.

He showed some good aggression and it is great to see from the big fella, now if he can start to stick some marks we are in business.

I couldn't agree more and respect the way he worked through obvious discomfort in the last quarter so that he could remain a contributor.

Agree with the comments. Dawesy freed up Jolly to be dangerous up forward, presented well and went hard at the ball. That balances out his lack of scoring.

Hopefully his knee is ok, we need him this week! Carn Dawesy!!!

I think its a bit embarrassing for us and chris to "toast" him after he played OK just because he wasn't terrible
