I traded him out for Bartel a couple of weeks ago. He was running a lot more freely against the Bulldogs on the weekend. He's obviously still not 100%. That price certainly looks cheap. I noticed he was rested for an extended period during the last quarter. My only concern is that his game time will be less. At a similar price ($311,600) Stanton looks better value.

Can any essendon guys confirm that stanton is now back to 100%. I know in all the west aussie papers today, regarding JUDDY, it said that he came off in the 3rd but said he was cleared to go back on. Should be spending more time up forward though

Id say he is, look how is performing. I don't think it's possible that he is injured if you have a look at his current form.

Either way if Judd is up forward or on the bench he won't be his usual prolific self. I had a look at the Essendon boards before last weekend's game and someone said he trained strongly on Friday. On that I picked Stanton up for Murphy. Stanton looks like he's back to his best form. Very strong 4th quarter.
