Lets discuss how Collingwood can utilise Chris Tarrant, where he is best played, and how he can assist Collingwood. I love Tazza and did a lot of back round research on his injury and what he went through in 2005, here are my findings.
The injury he had to his knee was his left (his kicking leg). The injury was found to be a cist (dont know if i spelt that correct). He was told this could develop into cancer, so it was closly monitored. It affected general power in his leg, and flexability.
He never played FF in his junior days, he mainly played on the wing and in the centre, i dont believe he is traditional FF mould that will kick 70-80 goals a year and people expect that of him. I think if he is fit and firing we can get 50-55 goals a year out of him.
When fit, he should be played on the wing, taking big grabs running the ball into the forward line and floating to CHF.
What do you all think?
