Had some coin on Australia or Sri Lanka to win, so I wanted a result, obviously isn't going to happen.

It is all well and good to come in after his made his ton and say that he played it like a champion, when his first 30 runs were pretty average and he should have been out a couple of times during that period.

Anyone with half a clue who plays cricket will tell you that Clarke's way of dealing with spinner is the best way to 'dominate' them.

He doesn't dominate by smashing a six off every second ball, he dominates them by basically nullifying their impact.

Brilliant batting.

He said in his press conference that he tries to be 'agressive' against spin because he feels thats the only way he can get on top of them. It's the media who say he's a great player of spin because he uses his feet. He also said he was lucky not to go out a couple of times.

It's a tactic he deliberately over-uses to good effect a lot of the time. However it is risky (which he also said in his PC) and sometimes it doesn't come off.

Clarke haters (I am) should listen to his press conference in full, pretty much everything he said is 100% spot on.
