Well, as Eddie has stated and many Pies fans agree, Collingwood has always worn the black and white stripes and always will.

Still, the AFL wants all clubs to introduce clash strips to colour clashes and let's face it, the clash in last week's Kangaroos v Collingwood game was far from ideal.

I've came up with a few ideas that I think would be useful in reducing Collingwood's clashes while retaining the traditional black and white stripes.

How would everyone feel about Collingwood wearing the following strips:

collcsb.gif

with black shorts in away games against Geelong and the Kangaroos (with Geelong and Kangaroos to wear their traditional jumpers and white shorts)

with white shorts in away games against Port Adelaide

Fantastic idea.

A few thin stripes on the sides would be good too.

Good idea I think that the white one is the better of the two. Black is not a stand out of other teams. Eddie needs to realise that if he waits until the last minuite there will be less colours to choose from. It is money just waiting to be picked up having an alternate strip.

I only want to see Collingwood wear black & white vertical stripes....

I prefer the old design of black stripes on a white background, but, more than tolerate the current design of white on black.

Vertical stripes are a must.....

Why did Hawthorn & North Melbourne adopt the design after many variations ???

Burn 'em. We have a jumper and no other club has a black and white jumper. Our jumper doesn't clash so why get a clash jumper?

Well going by your criteria, suprised Dicker hasn't tried to shaft Lleyton Hewitt and get Sorbent on board at Hawthorn as a major sponsor........after all, poo and wee are your colours !!!
