Is it just me or is clipsal getting worse and worse every year??

Less to see and do around the track.
This is the 1st year where i have not stayed for any of the concerts.

This is the 1st year where i have not stayed for any of the concerts.

From a racing point of view, I thought this year was one of the best. The facilities in the gold area were absolutely superb. The addition of Volvo, Nissan and Mercedes has made it very interesting.

The general admission area on the other hand - less toilets, less eateries, and much less to see and do. The rides seem to have completely gone too.

Then there's the concerts. I started attending Clipsal every year for the concerts. They were what drew me to the event. Bands like Powderfinger, The Living End, Silverchair, Birds of Tokyo,
children Collide, Wolfmother, Noiseworks, and even more recently Kiss. This year was not even worth staying for. By far the worst line up of bands yet. Didn't end up staying for one of them.

Let's hope next year's after race entertainment is much better.
