You probably could clone him. You can already pay to get your pets cloned overseas.
But would it be any good. Part of Harvey's talant is due to his mindset, and mental strength. Unless RH2 was brought up exactly the same way as the original there would be no guarantee!

H1 ( Harvey 1) passes to H2 who threads through the pack. P1 ( Plugger 1) has 4 players on him so H2 chips it to P2 who only has 3 players on him and takes the mark easily.
