As we have done throughout the year goldcoastfc.com.au will be taking you behind the scenes for the evening, plus announcing the award winners live across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and right here on our website.

Arrivals commence at 6.30pm on Saturday with award winners announced throughout the evening. It is anticipated the 2017 Club Champion will be crowned between 10.30pm and 11.00pm.

Looks like Metricon have set up a fair few of the players and partners at one of their luxury houses to get all dolled up. A few of the girls were getting their make-up done while all the guys were standing around on the deck in their casual gear having a few drinks haha. Lynchy had a knee brace on too.

I reckon that's the 5th year in a row that a player we have brought in from another club has won this award. What does that say about our club and the long term players

We need to find a way to make a trade happen but it's looking less and less likely as if the clubs are as far away in his worth as the BF fans are then it simple looks impossible.

We simply can't give away one of the best of all time and our reigning club champion for a pick we won't use.

Hopefully the cats can string something together from whatever they get for Motlop and Menzel.
