Vaccination, people !

Make it your Number One priority in the weeks following Easter.

Its important to get it done before Winter starts.

If had a shot every year for about 7 years now, and in 7 years I have had one single sore throat, which went away in 24 hours.

You just gotta get it done guys - Colds and Flu absolutely suck big time.

Not that I can remeber what actually having one feels like anymore:p

cheers

Well said.

And to reiterate from my previous post, having your shots BEFORE winter remains so very important especially when you're in a job or social position where you can't afford not to be on your feet all the time.

I finally got my flu shot this year, after years of procrastination, and I've never felt healthier over the course of a single winter.

Highly recommended, and highly encouraged, via my first-hand experience.

Cheers,
William

And then when a real flu does come round, your body won't be used to it, and your gonna feel absolutely fu*ked.

I say let nature take its course.

you're a dill King Henry:(

If you have vaccinations, your body is used to to influenza precisely because tiny and controlled amounts of the virus are in your body all the time.

Vaccination not only guards you against the current seasons viruses but also builds immunity and resistance in the body over the longer term.

but please, by all means, continue to er, 'enjoy' your Influenza.

cheers
