Seriously if there aren't over a dozen new draftees and trades in our 2012 lineup we might as well pack up and go into business for profit instead of premierships. We'll keep for certain Tarrant, Didak, Fraser, Maxwell, T.Cloke, Rusling (if his shoulder is ok) and a couple of the class of 2005 with luck and that's about it. There will be a few others making up numbers (eg Johnson, Holland types) and a couple who will improve unexpectedly (to me at least) but by and large we will turn over the greater part of the list.

Tarrant will start matches on the pine, providing he is still around. In six years time he will be 32.

Mark, I clearly stated at the top of my first post to take out the future drafts.

The idea of the thread was to see how many players from the current list are still around in six years time.

That’s why I listed the players I listed. The rest will be gone or on near enough to it. I recon we'll keep about 10 and that's all. Every year you turn over at least 5 or 6. In 6 years that's 30+ players. Some will be guys we recruited within that period but the reality is our side in 2012 won't contain many of the players that finished bottom 4 in 2004 and 2005.

And I'm sure we could organise getting us some of Len Thompson's and Damian Monkhorst's DNA for the cloning process to play them in the ruck. Josh on the bench.

Finally, I'd like to see another couple of Anthony Rocca's on the emergency list - That way we can have one knocking a guy into next Sunday every week and not have to worry about reports.

Re the cloning program, can we get some DNA from one of our new assistant coaches? He seems to give it out fairly readily so it shouldn't be a problem.
