i have a prob here..

sometimes the cd-rom wont open..other times it will.
atm its not working..and its a pain in the ass.

the cd-rom icon dissapears when it doesnt open and comes back when its fine..

so whats the go peoples?
has this happened to anyone?

open 'er up and make sure that the appropriate CD cords are plugged in properly.

If you've recently moved the pc, sometimes the cables can become loosened.

otherwise, just buy a new one!
(cheap as chips these days).
