If we want to achieve our goals this season I would think the Crows would be one of the teams that could potentially stand in our way. You've got some great young kids coming through, something that may have taken a few people (including myself) by surprise.

Adelaide deserve plenty of praise too, it was hot for both clubs out there and what a major find you have in Tippett woohoo.

Everyone would have schooled on the Saints gameplan form our first four weeks in the limelight, not the least would have been learned by the Crows - so next time we meet it could be another tight one - a flip of the coin job.

A great game by both teams, congrats to the saints, gram - milne - harvey = win. why no opposition coach takes harvey seriously beats the crap out of me - he is all class.

I must say the third team on the park seem to have started where they left off last season - maybe andy d should have a pre season for the umpires or maybe look outside Vic for some quality.

Take nothing away from the saints - it was an enjoyable, if not painful match to watch.

Mate that boy Tippet - very impressive. We put three different defenders on him through the night, ending up with Sam Fisher - that's a pretty good compliment for a young forward starting his career.
