It's been a while since I've been down here, hello sainter, Savatage! Hasn't really been the same for me since the unfortunate demise of my beloved #15.

But anyways, I wanted to come down and say congrats on your great win over my Lions on Saturday, as I've said on the main board I am disappointed that the umpiring has kind of taken a bit of the shine off what should have been a total celebration of the rising young Saints. It's fantastic to see that the team has been able to go on with the great form and spirit they showed towards the end of last season, I've certainly been impressed this year and I wish you all the best for the remainder of the season.

You toppled the triple reigning premiers, it's an effort to be VERY proud of!

Well done to the Saintas (my favourite Melbourne team). Thanks for rattlin' the tins for the Roys in the early 90's and let's hope that if we can't make it 4 in a row this year, then we're singing that god-awful theme song of yours in September?

I think we should dismiss the umpire's error as St Kilda were by far the better side on the night and just like last year, you had the more inspirational Voss playing an almighty gutsy game!

Maguire redeemed himself in the last half as Brownly looked set for a big night and I must also say that your boys reminded me of Brissie at their best when they were putting their head over the ball and backing into packs! I thought St Kilda's hunger was second to none.

Take Lynchy's undiscipline as just a sign that your backmen were doing a super job (plus a few dubious umpiring decisions) and think of it as a high mark for your backline.

If my memory serves me correctly, you were supposed to be a paid up Saints member.

I loved the way #15 went about his footy and the passion he had for the St Kilda Football Club but he crossed the line one too many times and just had to go.

Thanks Tim,

The game meant so much to us because we had beaten the very best.

Anyway we won the first battle but the war is yet to be won.

Yes yes, the bet hasn't slipped my mind...... At the moment it's a money thing, like the last couple of years.

And I know it was #15's time to go, unfortunately his off field behaviour pushed it over the edge. A very great shame, I always loved watching him play. And sainter, he brought us closer, so that has to be a good thing. (if my boyfriend happens to read this, I mean in a strictly platonic way!!! )

That #15 night in chat is still one of my favourite BigFooty moments!

Good luck to the Saints, it's for supporters like yourself that I hope they can go all the way sometime very soon.
