I like this guy, he is honest.
He admitted that he made mistakes in season 1 and rectified them to great effect.

Good signing. Has shown he is growing as a coach and I think being around the VFL group including Steve Grace and Bubba will only help his coaching.

Also gives him security to play the long game to an extent as well, I think we are very well positioned given our list to have another crack next year and possibly even the year after.

P.S. When will the AFL release details on expansion rules for poaching/trading players. We'd better get compensated for losing Kearney!
