I have a Panasonic Plasma P50V20A televison that works perfectly fine. My dilemna is that I download a lot of livestreaming due to only having FTA so that I can watch my beloved Premier League on the television.

Is there is a way of connecting the TV to the laptop with a cable or something. Anyone know anything about this?

i'd get a raspberry pi, install openelec and then download a plugin called sports-a-holic.

it has all the SKY UK channels. Stream is pretty good quality. Also has links to NBAtv, NFL Network, NHL and a few more

i've been using this method to watch the english coverage of the ashes. been mighty fine :thumbsu:

And what a beautiful television you have as well.

It's a shame Panasonic are getting out of the Plasma business next year.

I called Panasonic the other day, they also confirmed this. It's dissapointing. Plasma Tv's have potential.
