Continually Dissapointed

I am a Carlton supporter, but have had a close friend play for Richmond in the past. I watch and generally have a 'soft spot' and hope for the Tigers to do well.......but no more!!

I am disgusted at the lack of heart and application of the team. There is no guts or commitment to stand up and be counted.

Have the players seen a 'tiger' in action? Fearless, courage and absolutely no regard for how it devours its prey!

Lose Richardson and Stafford and the team is useless.

On those two players - Richardson is inconsistent for far too long now and should of been traded 3 years ago. Stafford is undisciplined and was due to get his just deserves (he was treading a thin line for a long time!)

As for the rest of the team - time to soul search.

The coach - like Richo too many chances. The board must assess the win/loss and make a courageous call - Its time to 'mash, boil and roast the spud!'

after last nights effort, I no longer care what happens, no point stressing about those half hearted bunch of losers anymore. I'll pay my membership every year and will still continue too but as for watching them, forget it.

As for the coach, I'll start paying attention to Richmond games when he is gone!!!!

I may need to find another interest during this winter, my xbox live is looking a likely saviour.

But as for filling in my time at work, looks like I'll have to actually work...........

I'm with you Coach to a certain extent. I've lost that passion that I once had. I live in Sydney these days so I don't get to many games but I watch them on TV every week. However, I'll still support them but there's just nothing there for me these days. I love my footy and love watching other teams play...this way my heart doesn't get torn to shreds every bloody time.

Thanks Richmond for f*cking us around for another year (I never thought I would be writing this after 4 rounds). Please prove me wrong and make me eat my words.
