I am very appreciative; we get a stream of the event. Great. For those interstate and overseas it is an amazing bonus, but for the love of god, can't they think of something better than a silent blank screen (30 minutes.......twice!!). Some year highlights perhaps or a singer or some stand ups? Anything would be better than 30 minutes of nothing.......TWICE.

It happens every year they stream the Copeland. An organisation like ours shouldn’t be struggling for content.

Something I wouldn’t have minded seeing is a feature about what this “one club” philosophy is all about. It seems to be a thing that the club is embracing internally (which I personally think is great) without trying to bring the supporters along for the ride.

Sadly, there’s no chance they’ll put it up on the club website.

It was a refreshing change to someone like Pendlebury who politely thanks the board, the coaches, and the sponsors ZZZZzzzzzz

Blair’s was also a classic ... he and Goldsack were clearly competing to be the best troll of the room by giving the most ridiculously longwinded speech. Blair won easily

Just on the Copeland, it would be good if we could see the numbers for those who finished outside the top ten. I used to regularly go to the Copeland and they used to put the numbers up for each round and you could compare them with who you remembered played well. Now with the women's invasion, we don't get anything near like the focus on the Copeland. It is probably misnamed now.

Because the night represents a whole lot of awards outside the Copeland. It celebrates the awards in our club as a whole i.e. the women's football and netball, the wheelchair team. Copeland is now only 1 part of this.

Surely it is the main award and most prestigious though. I don't have an issue with it, has history attached and can't see it being named anything else.
