The moment I walked in the door the entire office started giving it to me. I only had one comeback and used it..."I'll sack the next person who opens their mouth"!

Not one thing said for the rest of the day.:)

Go Tige's

There are only 3 of us at this office, me the mighty tiger and 2 loud and non stop singing geelong goons. A scoreboard was erected in the lunch room. Took it all on the chin and gave back what I could (wasnt really much I could say but, knew it was coming and we will prevail.
Go Tigers:thumbsu:

yep I got slaugtered...even by a rugby league supporting colleague! He was telling me all day to give up on the Tiges. Long day to say the least:o

Good comeback. I don't think it'd have the same ring to it if I said it at work (being that I have no direct reports).

Most of my work colleagues don't follow the AFL at all (it's NSW afterall), so they heard about it and just asked "what happened to your team"? To which I replied: "They got pumped by 157 points".

I'm at TAFE as well and there aren't many footy followers there but at high school I was surrounded by bombers supporters, I'll no doubt be copping shit from them the next time I see them, not looking forward to the Essendon game.
