As a bomber I was interested to get the Blue supporters view on this pick-up ???

I spoke to his brother, Tobey, the other day, and he said Corey was really looking forward to playing at Carlton as he believes it will enhance his chances of playing senior footy.... but i've looked through the teams that most of you have put up ...and a lot don't have him there

just wondering how you all rate him ???

Actually believe he will play a part forward/midfield next year. I have him in the forward pocket (as being the our specialist small goalkicker) but also having midfield runs as needed.

McGrath, Lappin and Houlihan will be very good goalkicking "front and square" forwards in 2004 with cameo runs through the middle. I'm very excited about this setup.

Fwd pocket, Crumber ,should play most games if he is really keen!

His brother Toby is on of the most couragous players I have seen, in the VFL .

His brother Toby just got delisted by the dons!!!! Do we snatch him up?

He wasn't delisted ...We had him on the rookie list for 2 years and either had to promote him or he goes into the draft ...we chose the latter, but he has spoken with the club and they indicated they would pick him up if available

I really rate his brother Ashley who seems to play accountable football under Leigh Matthews which I believe is one of the queries over Corey. Perhaps Pagan can get him to play in the same way or perhaps he will just set him free to play a more mercurial game.

Not sure about picking up another Corey though after McKernan's efforts under Pagan.:(

its alright cos hes cory. but 24 games in 6 years of footy doesnt sink well in my head.

You are right, I think the McGrath is the least likely of our 7 trade pickups to make the grade but because he is more of a sweeping forward type, he has a chance because we are lacking that sort of player with Lappin sweeping across half back.

How quick is McGrath?
