Firstly, it isnt even a cellphone number. Its a landline. A search of that number shows its a real estate agent. Secondly, a lot of celebs lately have been giving out numbers and asking people to text them, tho theyre also landline numbers.

I'm trying to get the proof. But we've had a phonecall saying a friend's been fined £30 as he left his house 3 times. They sighted using his location data as proof ....
