Reminisicent of when the Stalinist regime was overthrown in the Soviet Union in 1991 and capitalism was restored.

A decade on, Russian society is collapsing and large sections of society are dominated by the Russian mafia.

Russian revolution started with a lot of talk, no action...first parties formed mid to late 1880s, action didn't really start until 1905, and then again until 1917. So I wouldn't be expecting any action for quite some time.
