I like Poet's Voice in the Schweppes. Will lead and give a giant sight, unpressured in the lead.

Got a bit on He's No Pie Eater as well. Should run well, appears to be no pace in a race where all the fancies get back.

I wouldnt rule out Casual Pass who had a good run in the Yalumba a couple of weeks back.

yeh i had cinq rouge, manna miss, efficent, zipping and a good each way go at truly wicked, the rest never a ****ing chance

atleast i made up for last week, back at square one heading into next weekend

Mate woke me up this morning saying he's in town and we are going to the Cox Plate. Righto.

Got to the course and a random gave us a free ticket. Thanks very much.

Got there for Race 3, backed Corton Charlemagne. Good start.

Efficient, been my Derby pick for a few weeks, expected a slight let down but won in style. Didnt have as much on as I should have, but was burnt by Red Oog in the race before.

Was on Gallic EW and nabbed the first four in this race. Didn't bother backing Zipping. Didn't matter!

El Segundo gave me a great run for my money but was beaten by a champ.

That was it for the day..finished well up...Was That You couldn't bring home the bacon in the last but get on it next start!

Even worse day at Yarra Valley

Yarra Valley can be a rotten place...I did my tips based on a dry track, surprised I finished with a profit even though the track was slow.

Had a very good day courtesy of Fields of Omagh and Corton Charlemagne. Zipping was a nice banker as well - been a great horse to me.
