A CRAZED Essendon fan went on a rampage with a pistol the morning after his side lost the AFL Grand Final.
Wearing a Bombers jumper and flying red and black ribbons from his car aerial, the man threatened a motorist with the gun before pointing it through a house window and pulling the trigger.
The supporter went to a Taylors Lakes house looking for another man about 7.40am on Sunday.
The footy fan left in a small silver car when the surprised residents insisted they did not know who he was looking for.
But he returned to the Eagle Tce house in a taxi about 11am, fighting with a resident before leaving.
The man, with No. 32 on his jumper, waved the gun at a motorist in nearby Hillside an hour later.
The man was driving a white Toyota Landcruiser with no number plates.
He then arrived back at the Eagle Tce home, smashed a window and aimed at a man, but the gun failed to fire.
The gunman was described as aged 40-45, 170-175cm tall, 90kg, with dark greying hair.
