It seems from info on another 2 boards that Cresswell maybe signing off. While he has been a great player over the years he looked at the end of last year like he had had enough. It will at least open up a spot for a couple of younger players to have a go.

If its true - congratulations on your perforamce as a player - you were consistent and at times brilliant and held the respect of opposition clubs all over.

Off the field well that is past history and I personally hope that you make it back to Tassie and promote the game over there.

It's interesting that Cressa hinted that he probably would have pulled the plug himself last year when PK and Dunks retired if he'd known...

I hope it's just a "yes, I'll be retiring at the end of the year" message, though it would be odd to do so early. It would be good if he can help out with our now rough transition to some kids!!

It appears that Cressa is to play on for another season - which will be a bit of good news for Paul Roos as he can ill afford to lose another experienced player.

i think he is showing sense though and listening to his body as Kells did.

Any way its good to have him on board for another year.
