just finished watching a game on Fox footy against Richmond and Fitzroy in the Fosters Cup Semi Final way back in 1993 - and just saw MYSELF clapping "RICHMOND!!!" when i was 12!!!!! What a absolute HEAD SHAG that was!!!!!
Then i got more freaked out because I remembered Stevan Jackson..

Yer i watched it too on fox footy. My first ever game i went to. I was 5 years old and i wore the full richmond uniform, boots shorts, socks and jumper. Todd Menagola wat a hero

Goes to show what a good footballer Jeff Hogg was too.

yeah i was flipped out when i realised it was that game! Couldn't believe all those players who went on to do nothing - i actually thought Howat played pretty good too, but the quality of footy damned poor!
The Hoggster deserves some kudos i reckon - he kicked quite alot of goals for us when we were less than pathetic.
How funny though that 4 Roys players (Brod, Gale, Elliott, Dundas) in that match played for US the next season?? LOL - that was a killer trade that!
