I thought it was a great deal for us.
Potential is a bit of a dirty word as far as I'm concerned, Croad had alot of it, but played like crap for the majority of the year. I'm not that annoyed that we traded him, hopefully we can pick up someone good with pick #10.

A few of the female fans on Dockerland were in shock over the trade. It will be interesting to see what impact his trading has on membership numbers?

Overall I'm stoked with our trading, but I'm spewing that we missed out on Black for pick 27.

I certainly wouldn't criticise the girl's arse, although I am confused as to the message intended. Is the man who leaves the house when she takes the towel off in fact gay?

Anyway, well done on the Croad trade. A good result for you unless you're paying too much of his salary. I'm somewhat irritated with you lot for sending Koops away from West Perth though. I can't see him settling in Melbourne at all, especially not at Footscray, although I wish him well of course.

According to the West Australian, we're only paying $200,000 - $250,000 over three years.

Offers us some much need cap relief to have a crack at Coughlan, S Black, J Carr or Hay next season. :)
 
Why would we chase Hay I would prefer the current backline and wouldnt it be dangerous that we could spend money on 2 backman that could be both injured. I would prefer Wells anyway.

Yeh, I was just annoyed at the time and I hadn't realised the good thing about it.

I reckon pick 10 was a good pick and I hope with one of our picks we pick up Darren Bradshaw for a good, big, bustling Full Forward cos that's a spot we are getting thrased.

Hay is untouchable. So I would have to agree with you there.

Freo will be paying 70k over the next 3 years of the NZBVMM's contract and will have saved 800k over the next 2 years.
