Hard to believe Crocker has been given an assistants job at the Roos. Hopefully for the Roos sake they don't use him as the forward line coach otherwise they wont see their score go past 100 to often.

The gathering of former Kangaroos players on the club's coaching staff will continue next year with premiership player Darren Crocker accepting a position as an assistant to coach Dean Laidley.
Crocker, who played 165 games in 12 seasons at North Melbourne, was an assistant coach at Richmond from 2000 to 2004, after a year at Port Melbourne before that.
He replaces Anthony Allen, an assistant with the club the last two years.
“It’s exciting to come back to the club and the timing is terrific with the progression of the younger players over the past few seasons, the future looks bright and I can’t wait to be involved with that,” Crocker said in a statement.
Earlier this week, Laidley secured the services of another former player, Donald McDonald after five years at Hawthorn, which included a stint as interim coach at the end of this year after Peter Schwab was sacked.
The Kangaroos appear to be following the lead of Geelong, which has enticed a number of former players back to the club in recent years to work in a variery of key assistant roles.
