Have only watched the first and second episodes, which didn't set the world on fire IMO, but which also weren't that bad.

As per IMDb,

A special crime unit investigates serialized crimes that cross over European borders and to hunt down criminals to bring them to justice. A global FBI is born.

It's from the guy responsible for Criminal Minds so that's to be expected. I'll give it a miss unless I hear good things.
