Not sure if this is for here or the Backyard, mods please move if so, but seriously how poor is this website. It has barely anything on it and for our interstate friends is next to useless. I am looking at getting some more stuff and wanted to have a look before driving down to West Lakes but looks like the only way to see anything is to make the trip. afccomau maybe you can pass the feedback onto whoever needs to see it?
 
What do you want from it just out of interest?
The abillity to order online?

Just a thought if that is it maybe you could give the club a call tell them what you want how you will pay they might hook ya up.

No I would like pictures of all their items available on the website, they have I think one mens polo top currently up there.

Your feedback was passed on ... and if you go back there you will notice some more items are now on the site. Unfortunately the new shop site came on line with about 48 hours warning in the same week our merchandise manager left for a new role in the club. We were able to load a batch of new pics at the start but admit it has been neglected since then while the new merchandise manager was appointed and settled in. However, his aim now is to have every stock item on the site by early May.

How long is it meant to take for them to send your stuff out?

I ordered last Monday, still waiting.

I'm about to ring them up and have a whinge, just wondering how long is standard.

Mine was next day.

Given you live in Adelaide, it really should be next business day service if you order in the morning (given they would post it in the arvo, and 1 day delivery throughout adelaide), day after if you ordered in the afternoon.

I'd ring up.

I ordered late at night, so I was expecting maybe the end of the week at the latest.

Long time I waited 3 and half weeks last year for a polo shirt, yet I was told it was being sent express post:eek:

She also said they have it in stock, and she doesn't know why it hasn't been posted but it's not her job and she'll see the person about it tomorrow. Bet she doesn't.

Get your act together Crowmania, we the supporters are the ones that give you business, how about after we spend our dollars with Crowmania you send the purchased items out promptly or we take our business elsewhere:mad:

lol. the biggest no-no of all when talking to a customer is saying 'its not my job'.

it may not be your job, but you are responding to a customer request, so it IS YOUR JOB to find the person who is responsible and can fulfil he request.
