Whats the real point of having a thread like this?

The young blokes are only doing their best, not going to be to everyones liking but good luck to them with their footy.

As for "oldman bigmouth McGuiness" as you call him, he's got less to say than you and when he does he's a touch more articulate. And if he does run the Sandy Dragons website then at least he's putting something into the club, I know I appreciate clubs with good content on their websites, unlike many who don't update them for months on end.

If you want to kick people who don't put into their club or have the wrong attitude then I reckon you should look a bit closer to home.

Thats a fair enough point about young boys trying to achieve their best and I agree with you however. I suggest you always follow that yourself. I have been through your postings and you have had your fair share of putting down young kids who are easily hurt. So its good you now feel this way and I hope you continue to stick up for all kids put down on these web pages in the future.

Fair point. There's a fine line between serving up a view on what you might think of a players ability and by overly degrading them (or their family). I'm sure I've crossed it a few times.

You decide what category claiming kids are going to be a walk up start because they have crying daddies, rather than acknowledging their hard work, and calling them c***s fits into.

As for the negative post, I assume you are referring to my opinion on Simon Phillips. Given the in your face PM I got from one of his fan club, its little wonder I don't have much nice to say about him.

Rather than have to worry about copping crap from people thinking that I got the last word in and then closed the thread so noone could reply, can the mod who closed it please acknowledge that they closed it and explain to those who want to know why and at that same time explain to people that I do not have that ability on here.
