As boring as it is to see the market moving sideways, in a way it’s positive for this volatile crypto space. Quite a few people have speculated that it’s overvalued so the overall market cap holding around the 550b for a few weeks will be a good level of support in the future when the next bull run and subsequent correction happens.

Anyone here get into the Wanchain ICO? So much hype around it and it’s supposed to get released on to an exchange very soon. A couple of popular YouTube crypto channels predict Wanchain to rise similar to the way Icon initially did.

Get into something better than the rest. Something that signed another partnership today. Something that rhymes with Malton and has patented functioning tech. Something that isnt a hyped up pile of shit like 95% of stuff out there. Eat a sandwhich and think about that everyone.

The fomo money train is losing steam. Get on a winner.

My thoughts...
Bitconnect - Irrelevant. Yes a few would have been burned but they will learn from it. If they buy back into the market it will be into relevant crypto not ponzi scams like this which can only be healthy for the market as a whole.
Futures - At present, not overly comfortable with the manipulation of the market. I believe in time as the market grows this will be less obvious. The market growing will lead to less volatility.
Coincheck crypto theft - lesson learned by the exchange. From what I've heard they didn't handle the security for their platform appropriately. Nice to see the exchange paying back all those that have lost in the hack.

The above are all lessons for those in the market. Obviously some things can't be foreseen but that's life with anything.
Personally, I'm not concerned by any of it.

How do you feel about Tether?

That is one that if it falls over will make the January "crash" look like child's play.

Honestly haven't really read into the situation yet...just a little too busy at the moment. I saw Boxmining did a youtube clip so am hoping to watch that over the next day or so to catch up on it.
I am aware about their auditor quitting or being fired or something and that is relating to issues with the currency on a couple of exchanges but that's the extent of what i know. Also something about the currency being over valued.
When I watch the clip I'll come back to you.
I find it interesting that Tether could mess the whole market up...don't know how that works!
I see Tether hasn't really been affected by the news. Volume is much the muchness too.
 
Thoughts on investing in ripple with the announcement of listing on bitoasis...? Not sure how big a deal this and whether it will cause the price to rise. InB4 invest in walton, which im genuinely considering as my other option :P. Just trying to decide...

I wouldn’t gauge it on one exchange..maybe all the exchanges as a whole(in comparison to other coins and the exchanges they’re on). Haven’t heard of bitoasis before...where is the exchange based and how big a volume do you see the exchange moving?

Still trying to get a better grasp of this all but this post puts things in better perspective and is super useful. Wont throw my hard earned in just yet...
