How does Monroe count as less than 2 years but DMC doesn't?

Wait, what exactly does "less than 2 full seasons of NBA basketball" mean? Does that rule out all 2nd year players who haven't suffered big injuries, as their 2nd season is now over?

Yup, that's right.

That one is the challenging one, in my mind.

No way would I have taken Shump otherwise.

Chadwiko made it pretty clear they must have missed a large chunk of first two seasons therefore Wall, DMC and Monroe didn't count. Tough on guys who followed these rules and picked a rookie as well as DMC etc to change now.

Yeah, I don't think Monroe counts for the under 2 seasons criteria. He played 80 games last year, and 100% of the games this year.

That said, you also have Paul George on your team. You can use him for your under 2 seasons criteria Shade.

Okay guys,

After discussions with commentator/commissioner peternorth, here's how the judging/voting for this draft will work;

Welcome to the Playoffs, baby!

Using the original drafter order as a final 'ladder', we'll be running an NBA style playoffs (1v8, 2v7, etc) over on the Fantasy sub-forum.
Each game will have it's own thread, with a poll for people to vote on.

As round two will obviously see an odd number of teams progressing (5), the team that wins it's round 1 matchup by the lowest margin will unfortunately be knocked out of contention, and will go into the 'losers bracket' of 6 teams. Sad face.


The round 1 matchups are as follows;

Voting is open to everyone, however I will let you know that the 10 draft participants votes are worth 2 points each. This is to hopefully avoid anyone bringing in ringers to stack the vote, as well as rewarding those of us who have participated and made this a cool, fun little time waster.

Nothing wrong with Shump, he's class! I struggled for ages to decide to pick him or Linsanity with my pick which covered two criteria.

In the end, I wanted the whole Asian market to follow my boys. I reckon my team will sell the most jerseys...
