Custom Teaming

Well I decided after destroying people 50-7 at half time and then them quiting that I should try and make it harder for myself. So I decided to make a custom team and play them, all good.

But then I see other teams with 2 stars and one guy had like 4 stars. How is this done? I've googled everywhere and no success...

yeh i have the same problem how do peoples coustoms teams get so many starts?

just a thought but aybe winning online gives your custom team higher stars
