If you were to consider this to be true. It's quite obvious dmac has not much footy left in him. Making the transition back to Melbourne would run a hell of alot smoother if he is still playing football. An opportunity to make connections

To be honest. With the rise in young players at the club. He has no future here. He is the first of the old men who's head would be on the chopping block to make way for talented kids

Not at all, even Mackay at his peak is very replaceable. After all he's a third/fourth choice outside midfielder; we're also stacked with outside talent so no harm there.

Now i'm just dreaming of a second round draft pick
