Been sightings of Peverill at the Lexus Centre, and we do need a tagger desperately to allow swanny and the likes to run free.

Im a little bit undecided on this one, we do need a tagger, but he is 28, 29 in July, so age has to be considered, as I see our premiership window as 2010 onwards.

But I know that Collingwood are probably just doing the right the right thing by getting a lot of un contracted players in for talks.

Basically do you think it would be worth gettin him, and does it mean we would have to give up a draft pick or McCaffer.

I was thinking about this scenario the other day when our interest in Ben Cousins was quashed.

I know we are looking to build through youth but I thought Peverill's second half to the season this year was strong and would warrant some thought (as it would appear the Pies are giving if his sighting is accurate). The thing with Peverill is, would he be in our best 22 on a weekly basis? If not, then we should probably pass.
